Monday, March 23 On a more winter like Monday night we are joined by Sue, a club member, who had run the 2009 Frostbite race. Sue has also run the Reach the Beach relay which meant that the fun run was 86% RTB veterans. Fun run attendance is an excellent way to train for Reach the Beach.
