including many former and future RTB Stampeders:

Alan (G) on a recovery run, John (H), Steve, Mark, and Ray
Thursday, September 1
Fall's coming.  Dry weather's here for a while.
4, 6, and 7 mile runs as Tony keeps up with Jim, 
Ken and Andy keep up with John, and Brett barely keeps up with Joe
