The race course is mostly flat with some rolling hills in the neighborhoods around Temple University Ambler Campus in Upper Dublin Township. There are two sections of trail and cross country grass in Rose Valley Preserve and the Temple Campus.
Race day packet pick-up & in-person registration - Sat. July 15, 6-7 AM at Temple University Ambler gym. Cash or check. $20.
The race beneficiary is selected each spring by AARC members. The beneficiary must be a non-profit organization, preferably with a broad reach in terms of the population it serves that has a need for our support. It should be involved in community service and have significant local impact in the Ambler area. Nominations, by AARC members, should be sent to Ken Surowitz (email@example.com). The deadline for nominations is March 17.

Awards will be presented to male and female overall winners and for first, second and third place finishers in each age group.

To help you prepare for this unique distance and make the race a great experience, we'll provide training runs on Sunday mornings. You can run some or all of the course with us. As with all of our Fun Runs, we welcome runners of all abilities and always insure that nobody gets left behind. The start date for the trainning runs will be announced shortly. They typically start in May after the Broad St. Run
