Training

We chose the 10K distance because it's the favorite distance for many runners and there are just not enough 10Ks on the race calendar. We know that for many the 10K (6.2 mile) distance will be a new challenge and we want to help make this event a great experience for you. Our Frostbite Training Runs this past winter were tremendously popular and no doubt, led to many PRs. As with all of our Fun Runs, we welcome runners of all levels and always insure that nobody gets left behind. Please join us, on Sunday mornings starting May 11th at 8:30AM. You can run some or all of the 10K course.
