On the 33rd Anniversary of its founding, the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund has chosen the Ambler Area Running Club to receive its annual Fellowship Award.  As beneficiary of our 2009 Phils Tavern 5K, officers and supporters of the Fund participated in all facets of planning, preparing for, and putting on our very popular summer running event.  The collaboration of our organizations resulted in our most successful running of the event ever.

According to Peggy Dolan, Executive Director of the Fund, "... the award is given to an organization that has made an impact on our mission by not only increasing our ability to manage the high number of requests for help, but one who helps us market our mission.  This year -- that would certainly be the Ambler Area Running Club." 

AARC was honored to receive the award at the Foundation's Annual Recognition Awards Dinner on October 6th.
