Join us for an enjoyable and
invigorating workout on the Upper Dublin High School track Wednesday evenings at
6:30 p.m. Whether you're a new or experienced runner, these workouts will make
your running better, more effective, and less prone to injury. Many
participants readily attest that it has improved their running.
There will be two more
sessions: 9/15 and 9/22 (post-PDR recovery workout!) In order to
beat the shortening days, we're asking runners to come at 6:15 to warm up so the
workout can start promptly at 6:30 pm.
